We are seeking an Associate Product Manager-Access Intelligence to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our St. Petersburg, FL office. 

Job Summary

The Associate Product Manager, Access Intelligence Platform (AIP) is responsible for supporting product management efforts across Imprivata's Access Intelligence Platform product line, delivering critical data, analytics, and actionable insights to customers and internal stakeholders. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize work spanning Patient Privacy, drug diversion, CJIS, identity and access management, and analytics product management efforts, ensuring a superior customer experience driven by data insights. The ideal candidate brings experience in analytics, healthcare, or CJIS workflows, and is comfortable working alongside modern AI tooling, including LLMs and coding assistants, as part of how product and engineering teams build and validate solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support product management for the Access Intelligence Platform, including Patient Privacy, Drug Diversion, CJIS, and analytics solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining the product roadmap by helping prioritize initiatives that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Services, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch product features.
  • Review product usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and help validate product recommendations.
  • Draft and refine user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria to support the development process.
  • Assist with prioritization of the product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning to align with strategic business goals and release schedules.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to refine epics, resolve delivery risks, and ensure successful execution through software development life cycle.
  • Leverage AI tools, including LLMs and coding assistants, to improve product management workflows, prototyping, and requirements development.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 1-3 years' experience as a product manager, focused on SaaS delivery models
    • Knowledge of SaaS operations, including deployment, observability, automation, and incident management
    • Proven experience in developing and managing products, with a solid focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
    • Familiarity with LLMs and coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and how they can be applied to product management workflows.
    • Proven problem-solving and data-analytic skills with the ability to make data-driven conclusions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical contributors.
    • Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.
    • Passionate about solving problems in innovative ways.
    • Detail-oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
    • Experience with patient privacy monitoring, drug diversion detection, CJIS compliance, or analytics products
    • Familiarity with SAML and/or OIDC-based authentication and identity stores.
    • Experience with agile product development methodologies.

    This position offers a total compensation range of $88,200 - $98,700 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
