What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Services Associate (Registered), you will work closely with one or more Financial Advisors to deliver a high level of service to clients and support the day-to-day operations of the branch. This role combines client service, account administration, transaction support, and operational responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced financial services environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account-related questions.
  • Open and maintain client accounts, including gathering required documentation and updating account information and coding.
  • Assist clients with operational requests such as check distributions, wire transfers, address changes, dividend instructions, and other account maintenance needs.
  • Provide clients and Financial Advisors with account information, quotes, reports, and administrative support.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client, account, and trade-related records.
  • Enter trade orders received from a Financial Advisor, when permitted, and communicate trade-related information in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Prepare approved client communications and advertisements under the direction of the Financial Advisor.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve client service issues efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate potential client, account, or employee concerns in accordance with firm procedures.
  • Provide additional administrative support, including correspondence, document preparation, filing, copying, and phone coverage.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, Financial Advisors, and internal partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, use sound judgment, and identify when an issue should be escalated.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn financial services systems and terminology.
  • General knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations, or the ability and willingness to develop that knowledge.
  • A collaborative and dependable approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Required: 2+years investment industry experience. 
Licenses & Credentials
  • Minimum Required: Series 7 and 63 or 66. 
Systems & Technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.   #LI-AS1
