Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy is an individual contributor who will support the development and execution of strategic priorities across Walmart U.S. eCommerce. This role will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to help evaluate business opportunities, develop insights, and translate those insights into clear recommendations and actionable plans. The Senior Manager will contribute across a range of strategic, analytical, and operational initiatives, using data, business judgment, collaboration and program management skills to help advance eCommerce priorities. The position provides broad exposure across the eCommerce organization and an opportunity to deepen strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional leadership skills. 
About the team:
The eCommerce Strategy team collaborates with leaders and cross-functional partners across Walmart U.S. eCommerce to define priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans. The team analyzes business opportunities, develops data-driven insights, and coordinates workstreams to achieve measurable outcomes. Acting as a central connector, it integrates business context, customer insights, analytics, and expertise to clarify complex challenges, align stakeholders, and drive execution. Team members gain broad exposure across the eCommerce business, strengthening strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and program management skills while supporting progress tracking and risk resolution throughout initiatives.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Develop and communicate strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee process improvements and change initiatives, driving adoption and continuous learning throughout the organization.
  • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness, recommend enhancements, and support decision-making for senior management.
  • Use approved AI, automation, coding-assistant, and visualization tools to accelerate analysis, identify business drivers, and improve recurring work.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards.
