Job description

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Apprentice Plumber with commercial construction experience. The ideal candidate will assist journeyman and master plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings while gaining hands-on experience in pipe installation and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial construction projects.
  • Work with various types of pipes, including PVC, copper, and cast iron.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble pipes to precise specifications.
  • Help read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Support the installation of water supply and drainage systems under supervision.
  • Learn to test plumbing systems for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues and making necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications:
