To manage these challenges, it's important to prioritize safety, communicate proactively with team members, and stay updated on the latest welding techniques and regulations.

What are coded welders?

Coded welders are skilled professionals who have passed specific welding tests to demonstrate their ability to produce welds that meet industry standards and codes. These tests are usually carried out according to nationally or internationally recognized welding codes, such as ASME, AWS, or ISO. A coded welder is certified to perform particular types of welds on certain materials and positions, ensuring safety and quality in fields like construction, shipbuilding, and manufacturing. The certification process involves both theoretical knowledge and practical skills assessments.
