Position Overview

Client is seeking an Advanced Salesforce Software Engineer for an existing project supporting the Business Banking instance team. This role requires a blend of leadership (30%) and handson Salesforce development (70%), including code writing, optimization, and peer review.

The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple U.S.-based teams, collaborate with offshore teams in India, and effectively represent the team to stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions are essential.

Role Details

Education Requirement: Minimum Bachelor s degree

Project: Existing application; experience in Financial Services Cloud not mandatory (Sales Cloud experience is acceptable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical efforts while remaining highly handson with coding and code reviews
  • Work with large data volumes and optimize Apex/Lightning code for performance
  • Represent the engineering team in discussions with stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and high-quality code
  • Support coordination across three teams and participate in offshore India calls as needed
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and enforce coding standards
  • Collaborate on REST API integrations (good to have, not mandatory)
