Job Summary:

As a Summer Pro, your role is to support ancillary Ski & Ride School off-season operations, such as clinic leading, educational resource development, training curriculum development, employee engagement, facility improvements, equipment preparation, etc.

This role is customized to match specific needs, as outlined by SRS local leadership, and typically reports directly to Senior Leadership.

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr 
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 
  • Shift Type: Part Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: No 

Job Responsibilities:


Specific responsibilities are determined by local SRS leadership and may include some, but typically not all, of the following responsibilities:

  • Front Line Representation: Participate in discussions about the school’s operation or direction, elevate employee concerns, ideas, and share information about leadership decisions that impact the employee and guest experience.
  • Clinic Leading: Facilitating learning experiences, typically in a virtual environment, for instructors from all enterprise resorts.
  • Curriculum Enhancement: Work with SRS Training Leadership to evaluate and strategically enhance season-long, resort-wide training program that targets the needs of the Ski & Snowboard School and its guests.
  • Collaborative Evaluation: Reflect on training outcomes, process stakeholder feedback, and platform improvements to future curricula.
  • Resource Development: Contribute to operational enhancement projects, such as clinic outlines, educational reference materials, and materials supportive for new instructors.
  • Professional Development Planning: Contribute to the direction and content for Trainers Training.
  • Equipment Preparation: Assemble and prepare equipment rental fleets use in SRS Operations
  • Facilities Improvement: Design, plan, and construct improvements to SRS facilities

Job Requirements:

  • Be Nimble: This role will require flexibility in your schedule and meeting remotely.
  • Be Prepared: Planning ahead will be essential to ensure availability while working other jobs, travelling, and/or being away from your home resort.
  • Be Friendly: You will need to converse clearly and comfortably with a variety of peers and leadership from resorts throughout the company.
  • Be Reliable: You will need to work unsupervised. You must have reliable transportation (in varying weather conditions) to travel to and from work, and you must be to work on time as scheduled to be a good teammate. You may also need to have a reliable computer/smartphone to join virtual meetings and internet connectivity

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
