Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with local government customers to drive long-term value and platform adoption.
  • Work with customers to define critical goals and key performance indicators, ensuring their overall vision for infrastructure management is realized.
  • Spearhead the customer journey by owning the relationship with utilities and municipalities to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Provide high-impact technical engagement through software demos, webinars, and on-site strategic visits to nurture various Trimble integrations.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer by managing escalations across various Trimble teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven background in customer or account management within the local/county government or utilities sector.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Public Works, Community Development, or municipal utility districts (water, wastewater, stormwater).
  • Solid technical proficiency with Cityworks, Esri GIS, and Gainsight or Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact with customer teams at varying levels of technical and non-technical depth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, GIS, Geography, or a related field.

Bonus Points For:
  • Hands-on experience with Pavement Express or specialized Trimble Utilities software.
  • Advanced knowledge of building permitting processes, code enforcement, or business licensing workflows.
