Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the construction of ultra-high-end custom homes in Palm Beach County. This role is responsible for managing all phases of residential construction from pre-construction planning through final delivery ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the exacting standards expected in the luxury market. Client Details Well Established Custom Luxury Home Builder with a focus in Palm Beach County. Projects at typically between $10M and $30M in construction cost. Description Project Planning & Execution Lead all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants Ensure all work meets design intent, quality standards, and client expectations Construction Management Oversee daily jobsite operations and supervise subcontractors and vendors Monitor workmanship to ensure premium craftsmanship and adherence to specifications Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and their representatives Provide consistent, high-quality communication and project updates Manage client expectations while maintaining project scope, schedule, and budget Budget & Cost Control Prepare and manage detailed project budgets and cost tracking reports Review, negotiate, and approve subcontractor bids and change orders Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising quality Permitting & Compliance Ensure compliance with all local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements in Palm Beach County Coordinate inspections and approvals with local municipalities Quality Assurance & Closeout Maintain the highest standards of construction quality and attention to detail Oversee punch list completion and final project delivery Ensure successful handover with complete documentation and client satisfaction Profile Experience 5-10+ years of project management experience in custom luxury residential construction Proven track record managing high-value custom homes ($10M+ projects required) Experience working in South Florida / Palm Beach County market required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Aggressive follow up to ensure tasks are completed with architects, engineers, sub's, etc. High level of professionalism and discretion when working with high-net-worth clients Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct) Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred General Contractor's License (Florida) is a plus Job Offer Strong Base Salary Strong Bonus strucutre Vehicle Allowance 100% paid healthcare 401K PTO MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
