The salary range for this role, based inLos Angeles,is$139,500.00to $174,400.00.Therangemayvary ifthe roleisoutsideof this location. Job Summary

The Senior Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving growth and market share across an assigned territory or channel. This position partners closely with distributor teams to execute strategic plans, optimize performance, and deliver against financial and operational goals. You'll combine data-driven insights with collaborative leadership to influence outcomes, strengthen relationships, and unlock new business opportunities. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on state-level planning, pricing execution, and overall business performance.

Drive distributor execution and market growth

  • Lead and inspire distributor partners to execute brand and portfolio strategies, driving topline growth and market share within your territory or channel

  • Align distributor teams to strategic priorities across the full portfolio, ensuring consistent execution and performance against defined goals

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, building strong relationships and collaborating across field marketing and key commercial partners

Deliver financial performance, planning, and operations

  • Lead demand forecasting, pricing execution, and state-level financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability and budget management

  • Contribute to annual and long-range planning, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), by setting priorities, defining key performance indicators, and sharing market insights

  • Ensure effective execution of customer-level pricing and oversee marketing and commercial budgets within your territory or channel

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and distributors to ensure operational excellence across ordering, logistics, and distribution

Lead, coach, and develop teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop Market Managers by setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs), providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career growth

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred

  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the wine & spirits or consumer goods industry

  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and overcome obstacles with a results-driven mindset
