  • HP Nonstop Tandem tools FUP, Pathway, Inspect, KLIST, ENFORM
  • HP Nonstop Databases Enscribe, SQL/MX, SQL/MP
  • Experience in Banking & Payments (preferred)
  • Oracle GoldenGate (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of HP Nonstop Tandem applications in a hands-on technical capacity.
  • Guide and mentor team members, providing technical direction and code review support.
  • Write secure, high-quality production code and troubleshoot/debug code written by others.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document business, system, and data flow requirements.
  • Ensure technical designs align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Architect and oversee end-to-end implementation of technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on modern tools, technologies, and engineering best practices to drive innovation.
  • Support organizational change, manage dependencies, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with HP Nonstop Tandem engineering; formal training or certification preferred.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with:
