BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Principal Program Quality Engineer to join our team in the SFFS (Small Form Factor Systems) business area. As a Principal Program Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement quality processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Focus is directly associated with Production lead looking for strategic leadership, proactive risk mitigation, process improvements and high level decision making.

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4-6+ years of experience or 8-10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Must be able to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Access Required (SAR) program access.
  • Strong and Demonstrated Communication Skills (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills (listening and communicating within a group/team environment)
  • Demonstrated teamwork contribution

  • Produce high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
