What You'll Do:
Operate wet paint and powder coating equipment in a production environment
Prepare surfaces and apply coatings according to specifications
Ensure quality and consistency of finished products
Maintain equipment and work area to safety and operational standards
What We're Looking For:
Experience in industrial wet paint & powder coating operations
Manufacturing / industrial background preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
Experience with quoting is a plus
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
