  • Collaborate with facility leadership to implement SPHM, BMM, and HAPI prevention solutions as defined in the SOW.
  • Assess and validate customer needs regularly, providing progress updates, reports, and recommendations using standardized Atlas tools.
Program Management & Training
  • Lead the implementation and oversight of Atlas SPHM, BMM, and HAPI programs across multiple sites in alignment with the SOW.
  • Influence hospital culture by consulting on SPHM/HAPI-related policies, procedures, and practices at each facility.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, presentations, and program updates using Atlas reporting systems (e.g., Lift Tracker, Mobility Cloud).
  • Develop and manage staff "Score Carding" systems to monitor compliance with AB 1136, OSHA requirements, and facility policies across assigned locations.
Lead or delegate participation in hospital committees, workgroups, unit meetings, and task forces to ensure program alignment at each site.
  • Collaborate with facilities to design and implement return-to-work programs, reviewing injury reports and providing coaching as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing workflows, training, and action plans to enhance program effectiveness across the region.
Staffing Management & Administration
  • Oversee all aspects of employee management across multiple facilities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, corrective action, and termination.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and ensure adherence to Atlas and facility policies.
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with labor standards across assigned sites.
  • Track staffing KPIs (e.g., turnover, retention) and collaborate with HR and Operations leadership on workforce planning.
  • Conduct regular rounding in patient care areas to provide technical support and reinforce safe mobility practices.
  • Deliver ongoing training for Mobility Technicians on SPHM body mechanics, patient mobility assessments, and equipment use.
  • Maintain communication binders, ensure compliance with mandatory training, and complete all required reports and deliverables on time.
Operational & Strategic Oversight
  • Act as the operations lead across multiple sites, ensuring consistency of service delivery and alignment with regional and organizational objectives.
  • Meet regularly with the Director of Operations to review staffing, program performance, contract milestones, and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor contract timelines, including renewals and new phases, ensuring proactive planning and communication.
  • Escalate clinical, operational, or compliance concerns to appropriate Atlas leadership for resolution.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to support account growth, local campaigns, and facility development.
  • Participate in corporate initiatives and provide floor coverage or support across sites when needed.
  • Generate operational, compliance, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making across all facilities.
