Description:

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

  • People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
  • Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
  • Coach your RGMs on the โ€œ4 Rightsโ€ in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
  • Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
  • Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).
  • Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.
  • Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
  • Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers.
  • Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

  • 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
  • Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional team building capability.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driverโ€™s license
  • Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
  • Background checks are run on all management employees
