REPORTS TO: Executive Director

The Alameda Point Collaborative works to end homelessness by providing housing and services to create communities where formerly homeless families and individuals can flourish.

Since 1999, APC has transformed the former Alameda Naval Air Station into the largest supportive housing community in Alameda County, managing 121 housing units for over 300 residents with permanent housing, supportive services, workforce development, and on‑the‑job training opportunities. APC is a referral‑based agency and partners closely with Alameda County and community providers to serve those with the highest needs.
