JOB OVERVIEW
Lead Coach at BODY20 is a Player/Coach position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with the Studio Manager to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Recruit and maintain a sufficient amount of fitness coaches to service each member and guest that completes a BODY20 session or demo
  • Establish monthly goals in sessions, demos and demo conversion for all Fitness Coaches
  • Monthly evaluation of Fitness Coach in sessions, demos serviced and demo conversion
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings
  • Onboard and Train all new Fitness Coaches
  • Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions
  • Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and products
  • Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
  • Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards
Qualifications
  • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
  • CPR/AED certification (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
  • Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Essential Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time.
