Role: Lead Frontend Engineer (.Net, Azure, Angular & Typescript)
Location: Houston, TX (4 days a week onsite - Fridays remote)
Job Type: W2 Contract
Contract length: 1+ year
Experience Level: Senior/Lead
Must Have Skills:
  • Angular/Typescript
  • Experience in Azure environment
  • Experience with AI Agents (Github co-pilot would be great, but any is okay)
  • Exposure to backend API Development (C#.net and python)
 
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality front-end components using Angular and TypeScript with emphasis on maintainability and security
- Own end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through system design and implementation
- Build cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure integrating with enterprise identity and authentication standards
- Collaborate with skilled engineers on technical decisions, code reviews, and shared delivery outcomes
- Participate in rapid iteration cycles with end users to translate feedback into secure, scalable enhancements
- Contribute to architecture decisions that shape product direction while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
 
Requirements:
- Strong front-end development experience with Angular and TypeScript in production environments
- Expertise with FastAPI or comparable Python web frameworks for backend integration
- Proven system design and architectural skills with ability to build reliable, maintainable services
- Production experience building applications on Microsoft Azure including hosting, identity integration, and monitoring
- Understanding of policy-driven cloud governance and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
- Production-grade experience with NoSQL databases, preferably Cosmos DB
- Experience with .NET Core and Python for implementing integration data points
