Job description

  • Provide Tier 2 ticket support for the user community on M365 suite of applications
  • Integrate applications and create user articles for best practice use of applications
  • Gather user requirements to ensure associates are leveraging appropriate M365 tools
  • Manage and administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneNote, EntraID, and Microsoft Co-Pilot
  • Assist engineering team with project implementations concerning the M365 environment
  • Complete change controls and validation tasks
  • Develop and manage user accounts, groups, and licenses
  • Provide M365 application expertise to end users, including formal training if needed
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT with a basic foundational knowledge of cloud services, user account lifecycles, and basic security concepts
  • Previous experience supporting users via ticket management systems
  • Working base knowledge of MS applications
  • Knowledge of basic security concepts
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal skills
  • Experience with collaboration apps and a passion for enhancing the user experience
  • Experience handling ticket requests in a timely manner
  • Applicants must have legal authority to work in the United States
  • Work Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • 1-2 years of general IT support or helpdesk experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent Technical certifications
