A minimum of an Associate's degree is required. 

A minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience is required. 

Previous experience with university recruitment is required. 

A self-starter with a can-do attitude. 

Friendly, approachable, high-energy person. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices. 

Ability to work within a team approach is required. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel) is required. 

Flexibility with work load is preferred. 


Responsibilities: 

R&D Internship Recruiter: University Recruiting Consultant to be located in Rochester, NY will support the R&D intern planning team and will be focused on sourcing and identifying talented engineering, science, mathematics, industrial design, and management students for temporary (short-term) hire. In this role you will be part of the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics intern/co-op planning team supporting recruitment efforts for intern talent. You will partner closely with R&D to manage the recruiting process from posting job descriptions at universities, collecting and sorting resumes, communicating with candidates, recommending candidates to hiring managers, prescreening candidates, setting up interviews, maintaining status spreadsheets, working with managers to solidify candidate selection, contacting candidates with the hiring decision, extending employment offers and working with payroll partners to begin onboarding processes.
