WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the Epic Flight Support Parts Team, the Parts & Materials Clerk is responsible for processing material returns from operators, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient administration of warranty and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Some overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process returns for non-conforming materials and products
  • Review return documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate replacement parts and repair activities for warranty claims
  • Maintain accurate warranty and RMA records, ensuring documentation is organized and easily accessible
  • Organize and maintain RMA inventory, including returned parts and materials
  • Assist the Customer Service team with RMA processing as needed
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Administration, Accounting, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and other departments to resolve warranty and return issues
  • Maintain, review, and update warranty and RMA process documentation, creating new procedures when necessary
  • Evaluate current warranty and RMA processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Resolve supplier disputes related to returned parts and warranty claims
  • Support other Parts Department activities as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Experience in warranty, returns, or RMA administration
  • Experience with parts, inventory, or materials management
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, professional attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future

Helpful but not required

  • Experience working in an Aerospace or Manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Starting Pay: Competitive wages depending on experience
