Rotational Development Program for next generation of Engineers within FLS. To foster a business acumen as well as a deep understanding of the products for both the design and product development groups.
Program Structure
The Engineering Rotational Development Program is structured to provide participants with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of our engineering and manufacturing processes. Participants will rotate through different departments, including but not limited to:
Product Development
Design Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Quality Assurance
Project Management
Each rotation lasts approximately [Duration, e.g., 6 months], allowing participants to develop a deep understanding of the specific functions and their contributions to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
During the program, participants will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering projects.
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of new products.
  • Analyze and solve technical problems using engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Participate in the development of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering departments.

Learning and Development
Participants will receive:
  • Mentorship from experienced engineers and managers.
  • Professional development training sessions.
  • Opportunities to lead and manage projects.
  • Exposure to advanced engineering tools and technologies.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
