As an IT Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between IT and Project Execution (PEx) teams during early project phases, driving alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and design deliverables while ensuring IT requirements are fully integrated into overall project planning. You will coordinate across design leads, procurement, engineering, and OT/IT stakeholders toestablishinfrastructure, connectivity, and system requirements ahead of construction, with a strong focus on front-end planning, risk identification, and readiness for execution. The FEED Project Manageroperatesat the intersection of business, engineering, and technology, translating projectneeds intoactionable IT deliverables and ensuring continuity from design through downstream construction and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Leads and coordinates a variety of sophisticated projects with significant impact to our organization
  • Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle

  • Supportsprocurement efforts and helpsdefine field requirements related to infrastructure, security, and communications early in the project lifecycle
  • Synthesizesand communicatesclear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identifiesand resolvesdesign gaps tomaintainmomentum and execution readiness

Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or engineering; minimum seven (7) years' experience in project management with a minimum three (3) years' experience in information technology or minimum eleven (11) years' related business experience
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Other Requirements:
  • This position may be based in Tulsa, Houston, or Salt Lake City. Candidates not located in Salt Lake City should expect extended periods of travel, as needed
  • Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Has developed conceptual and practical expertise in own field
