• Write and edit G-code to improve performance and cycle times

• Interpret blueprints, CAD files, and design specs to create accurate toolpaths

• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds based on material and application

• Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixturing, and offsets

• Run first articles and prove out programs, making adjustments as needed

• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime

• Collaborate with production to improve workflows and efficiency

• Maintain organized program documentation and revisions

• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years of CNC programming experience (router and/or mill preferred)

• Strong understanding of G-code and machining fundamentals

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience with machine setup and operation

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and solutions-focused

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Preferred Experience:

• Job shop or high-mix, low-volume production

• Experience optimizing toolpaths for efficiency and material yield

• Basic CAD design or modeling experience
