Job description

Title: CNC Turret Punch Press Operator
Pay: $26.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday 10 hour days. Hours are 7am-5pm. Fridays are 7 am-11 am which is all overtime. Expect 40-45 hours a week.
Location: University Park, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Turret Punch Press Operator for our manufacturing client in University Park, IL, to start immediately. Competitive wage of $26 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC turret punch presses to fabricate metal parts by punching, forming, or cutting
  • Load, align, and secure sheet metal into the turret press
  • Install, change, and align tools according to job specifications
  • Load, edit, and run CNC programs, including debugging and editing G-code
  • Perform first-piece inspections using micrometers and calipers
  • Safely handle materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, or pallet jacks

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of G-code, blueprint reading, and GD&T
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and basic maintenance skills
  • 2+ years of CNC programming experience required
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with Amanda and Fanuc controls

Skills:
  • Sheet metal fabrication and turret punch press operation
  • Tooling installation, alignment, and debugging
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
