Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintain a strong safety-first mindset
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine specifications, tolerances, tooling requirements, and machining parameters
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for mills, lathes, and grinders using Mastercam and SolidWorks
  • Occasionally operate CNC machinery to validate programs and support production needs
  • Collaborate with manufacturing estimators to provide input on quotes and feasibility of new projects
  • Select, source, and prepare tooling and equipment required for each job
  • Work closely with project managers to review performance, cost data, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
