Build the parts that power production — first shift in Perrysburg, OH

Picture your morning: you review a set of precise drawings, plan your cuts, fire up the CNC plasma, and lay down clean MIG/TIG beads to bring a custom assembly to life. As a Precision Metal Fabricator/Welder supporting a full build cycle, you turn concepts into durable components that meet spec the first time.

What your day looks like
  • Translate fabrication and engineering drawings into accurate cuts, fits, and finished weldments.
  • Run shop equipment with confidence: CNC plasma cutters, grinders, band saws, and MIG/TIG welding gear.
  • Handle materials and staged builds safely using forklifts and standard shop tools.
  • Assemble, fit, and finish parts to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Spot opportunities to improve flow or quality and collaborate with teammates to implement solutions.
  • Keep your bay orderly and safe — housekeeping and safety are part of the job.
What you bring
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on background in fabrication, welding, or field installation.
  • Strong blueprint/fabrication drawing interpretation skills.
  • Comfort with forklifts and common fabrication tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work full-time on first shift with occasional weekend overtime.
