Job description

Currently seeking to DIRECT HIRE skilled CNC Turning Center, Milling Center, CNC Vertical Turret Lathe or Boring Bar Machine Operators to join a bearing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.


2nd and 3rd shift schedules available. Overtime is Available.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and calibrate CNC turning machines according to job requirements.

2. Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment.

3. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure it is running smoothly and making necessary adjustments as needed.

4. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments to the machine settings.

5. Perform routine maintenance on the machine to keep it in good working condition.

6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.


Materials used: steel, bronze, iron, and aluminum.

ISO 9001: 2015 facility.
