Responsibilities:

Oversee two fifteen-head Barudan multi-head machines and two six-head Barudan machines.

Do all sew outs on one head machine and 1-offs

Schedule jobs, assign operators, ensure on time delivery

Train new embroidery machine operators

Perform daily/weekly machine maintenance

Review orders before they go to press to minimize downtime

Track inventory items for the embroidery room

Maintain quality standards

Enforce safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

3-5 years embroidery experience

Bi-lingual english/spanish is a plus

Previous supervisory or lead operator experience

Ability to multitask

Communication skills with other departments
