Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced embroidery operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Tajima embroidery machines, including setup, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, while ensuring high-quality and accurate production.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Tajima embroidery machines to produce high-quality garments.
  • Set up and load embroidery designs into the machine software.
  • Prepare materials (fabric, thread, hoops) before starting production.
  • Adjust thread tension, change needles, and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
  • Inspect finished embroidery to ensure it meets customer specifications.

Requirements
