Production Machine Operator- 2nd Shift


Location: 1000 5B's Drive, Zanesville, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Pay: Weekly + Performance Bonuses ($10-$70/day!)

$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

If you're dependable, detail-focused, and ready to learn, we'll train you for success and recognize your effort every step of the way.


Your Role in the Hive: What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate computerized embroidery machines (Tajima)
  • Follow detailed work orders to ensure accurate logo placement and color matching
  • Stitch designs onto a variety of garments: hats, shirts, jackets, backpacks, beanies, and more
  • Monitor quality throughout each run and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
  • Keep activity logs and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals without sacrificing quality

  • Reliability and dependability - we rely on you to keep things moving
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong hand-eye coordination (threading needles, handling garments)
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and reach throughout the shift
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math and measurement skills (rulers, placement guides, etc.)
  • Ability to stay focused and productive at a quick pace
  • Mechanical skills are a plus, but not required-we'll train you!
