Job description

Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. We have a state-of-the-art Tajima TMEZ 8-head embroidery machine and are looking for someone who knows embroidery and can confidently operate the machine.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set up our Tajima 8-head embroidery machine.
  • Hoop garments, thread the machine, change colors, and monitor production.
  • Troubleshoot basic embroidery and machine issues.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized.
  • When embroidery work is slow, assist with general production tasks such as moving shirts, folding, organizing, and boxing orders.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous commercial embroidery experience required.
  • Experience with multi-head embroidery machines preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in quality work.
