Job description

3rd Shift CNC Machine Operator – New Holstein, WI

We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a growing metal fabrication manufacturer in New Holstein, WI.

Previous CNC experience is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with other manufacturing machine operation experience who are mechanically inclined and willing to learn.

Schedule

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Sunday night through Friday morning

Training may take place on:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC laser and/or press brake equipment
  • Produce fabricated metal parts according to prints and specifications
  • Perform basic quality inspections
  • Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
  • Follow work orders and production instructions
  • Complete required production documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of machine operating experience preferred
  • CNC experience preferred
  • Sheet metal or metal fabrication experience is a plus
  • Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to use measuring tools
  • Blueprint reading experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable with a stable work and attendance history
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
