Skilled CNC Operator: Delavan, Wisconsin
Our customer in Delavan, Wisconsin is seeking experienced individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Skilled CNC Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Skilled CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities of the Skilled CNC Operator:
  • Adjust and operate CNC machines to perform progressive machining operations.
  • Operate machines by manipulating controls, adjusting coolant flow, and monitoring machine performance.
  • Perform close-tolerance machining operations including drilling, reaming, tapping, turning, milling, and deburring.
  • Remove burrs from parts and clear chips from machines after operations.
  • Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously as required.
  • Read and work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, and job layouts.
  • Measure parts using precision measuring instruments and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain cutting tools and ensure equipment is operating properly.
  • Perform routine machine and tool adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
Skilled CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience.
  • 3–4 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use hand, power, and measuring tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Pay for Skilled CNC Operator: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience.
