CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Weโ€™re expanding our team and seeking CNC Machine Operators who take pride in quality craftsmanship and reliability.
Available Shift:
ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am - Monday - Thursday
ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  3rd Shiftย  ย 10:00 pm - 6:30 am - Sunday - Thursdayย

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Operate and load parts across multiple CNC work centers to produce precise, in-tolerance components.
โ€ข Read and interpret blueprints, CNC coordinates, and offsets.
โ€ข Perform part inspections using gauges and precision measuring tools.
โ€ข Adjust tooling and offsets as needed to maintain quality standards.
โ€ข Conduct required preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
โ€ข Accurately record production data and maintain consistent throughput. Qualifications
โ€ข Prior CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
โ€ข Solid understanding of measurement tools, process control, and print reading.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
โ€ข Good attendance record.
โ€ข Willingness to learn new tasks.
โ€ข A strong team player.
Compensation & Benefits
โ€ข $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
Hiring bonus:
$500 after 6 months of continuous employment
$1500 after 1 year of continuous employment
