Machine Operator | Logan, UT


Nexeo HR is actively hiring a Weekend Shift Machine Operator for a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in the Logan/Smithfield area. This role is ideal for a highly responsible, self-motivated individual who can work independently. Candidates with CNC, laser, press brake, or shear experience are highly encouraged to apply, as this background transfers well into this position.


Responsibilities


  • Operate manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
  • Monitor machine performance and report issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety standards and company procedures
  • Support overtime production needs when approved


Qualifications


  • Prior machine operation or related manufacturing experience preferred
  • CNC machine experience considered highly transferable
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and ability to commit long-term

  • Ability to work assigned shift and approved overtime


Pay Rate
