In our machining environment, CNC operators play a critical role in finishing precision parts while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. We invest in our people, our processes, and our equipment to ensure everyone goes home safe while doing meaningful, hands-on work.
We are looking for a CNC Operator to run and monitor CNC machines and secondary equipment to finish parts to specification. This role is responsible for performing detailed work such as deburring, polishing, verifying part quality, making minor machine adjustments, maintaining accurate production records, and following all safety and housekeeping standards.
What you will do:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to finish parts and components according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements
What you need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; hands-on shop or mechanical experience strongly encouraged
  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery
  • Basic math and measurement skills; experience with calipers, micrometers, or gauges is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Safety-focused with the ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
