About the Role
Chandler Industries is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Blaine, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is looking to grow in a precision manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, support production processes, and ensure parts meet quality standards. You'll work alongside experienced team members while building your skills in machining and inspection.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts and components to specification
  • Load and unload materials and work-pieces into machines
  • Review job documentation (routers, control plans, blueprints, inspection instructions) to ensure accurate setup and sequencing
  • Perform basic inspections using standard measuring tools to verify part quality
  • Deburr and perform surface finishing operations such as sanding
  • Monitor machines and parts during operation to identify and report issues
  • Replace tooling and assist with basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain coolant and oil levels and complete routine preventative maintenance checks
  • Handle materials, tooling, and parts throughout production processes
  • Accurately record job data and labor in ERP system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and OSHA requirements
  • Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
