Job description

CNC Milling Machine Operator
-Overview
We are hiring a CNC Milling Machine Operator to produce precision parts that meet exact mechanical engineering specifications. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment, performing inspections, and maintaining quality documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
3rd Shift 11pm to 7:30am
-Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
Load and unload parts; measure and inspect finished products
Make dimensional adjustments (offsets) as instructed
Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately
Inspect parts per drawings, work instructions, and process specifications
Follow all SOPs, safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
-Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience operating a CNC machine
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Ability to perform detailed visual inspections (microscope use required)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Preferences
Experience operating CNC Mills and/or Molding Machines
Intermediate math skills
