Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.# About the roleJob Summary The 5-Axis CNC Programmer is responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting complex multi-axis CNC machining operations to manufacture high-precision components. The **5-Axis CNC Programmer** is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for complex multi-axis machining operations. This role supports the production of high-precision components by developing efficient machining strategies, improving cycle times, reducing tooling costs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of five (5) years of dedicated experience programming 5-axis milling machines and demonstrated expertise using **Mastercam 2024 or later versions**, which is a required qualification for this position. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of multi-axis machining, tooling, fixturing, GD&T, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to independently develop, prove out, and optimize complex CNC programs from engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
