Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role will focus on programming multi-axis CNC machines, creating CAM files from customer models/prints, and collaborating across engineering and operations to ensure precise, high-quality production.
Program multi-axis CNC mills, lathes with live tooling, and mill-turn machines.
Create program-ready CAM files from customer models, drawings, and prints.
Produce and validate first-article parts to meet strict aerospace tolerances.
Optimize machining processes in collaboration with engineers, operators, and supervisors.
Ensure production of high-precision components with tolerances down to ±0.0001".
Work with a wide range of materials including:
