Job description

CNC Machine Technician


We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Technician who takes pride in precision work and steady problem‑solving. You will support our machine builders, engineers & sales team in starting teching & reparing CNC machinery.

Compensation:

$40,000


Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machinery using newly established programs
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other shop instruments
  • Diagnose machining issues, identify tool wear or drift, and apply corrective actions
  • Reference: SME Tooling U, CNC Maintenance Fundamentals.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean machine components, and update maintenance logs
  • Perform machine start-up & technical troubleshooting



Qualifications:

What You Bring

  • Experience with CNC machine setup and operation in a production environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret details
  • Comfort using precision measurement tools with consistent accuracy
  • Solid understanding of machine tools and fabrication machinerys
