Are You the Go-To Person at the Control?

We’re hiring in Anderson, SC 29621 for a Precision CNC VMC Machinist who thrives on turning challenging prints into finished parts. If you can program at the machine and run jobs solo from setup to inspection, let’s talk.

Must-have capability: Program at the control and produce parts unassisted.

Role Snapshot
  • Own setup and operation of CNC milling centers to meet engineering specs and daily schedules.
  • Translate blueprints, drawings, and CAD into efficient machining operations.
  • Write/edit G-code at the machine; tune parameters for accuracy and throughput.
  • Track machine performance, troubleshoot, and perform routine care.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections with precision measuring instruments.
  • Team up with engineers and peers to refine processes and elevate quality.
  • Uphold safety standards and keep the workstation clean and organized.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school/certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated CNC milling experience, including setups.
  • Solid command of CNC programming and G-code.
  • Fluent in reading prints and technical documentation.
  • Comfortable with calipers, micrometers, and advanced gauges.
  • Self-starter who also collaborates well in a fast-moving shop.
