Shifts Available:
  • B-Days: Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 AM-6:30 PM
  • B-Nights: Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 PM-6:30 AM ($4 shift differential)


Your Flight Path Responsibilities:
  • You'll contribute to state-of-the-art projects that push the boundaries of engineering and technology
  • From loading parts and operating controls to deburring and inspecting, you'll play a key role in our team's success
  • You'll work independently after training and help us meet our goals for quality and innovation
Pre-Launch Checklist:
  • Must be 18+ years old and have at least a GED (some college preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working with calipers, micrometers, FANUC controls, and milling experience preferred
  • Proven job stability and a desire for a long-term role in a forward-thinking company
  • *This position involves access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, only U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) may be considered for this position. Proof of U.S. Person status will be required prior to employment.
