Position Overview

Preci Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator / Machinist to support our production operations. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce accurate, high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with machining experience who takes pride in quality work, attention to detail, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts to specification
· Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to maintain quality and performance
· Make machine adjustments as needed during production runs
· Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
