Job description

At Morin Corporation, we manufacture high-performance architectural metal wall and roof systems used on commercial buildings across North America. We manufacture some of the most visually striking architectural metal panel systems in the country, and pride in workmanship and product quality is essential.
Our Fontana, CA facility is looking for technically capable individuals with roll-forming experience who want a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.
This is not a basic production role. We are seeking individuals who can learn complex manufacturing equipment, work with precision, understand measurements and tolerances, identify quality issues, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing operation producing premium architectural building products.
Candidates with experience in roll-forming, manufacturing, fabrication, industrial equipment, construction material, sheet metal, machining, or other technical trades are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
  • Set up, operate, and monitor roll-forming and metal fabrication equipment
  • Read tape measures, work orders, production specifications, and engineering dimensions accurately
  • Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to maintain production quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, appearance, and overall quality
  • Work with sheet metal products and precision manufacturing equipment
  • Support preventative maintenance, tooling changes, and equipment setup activities
  • Identify production issues and communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams
  • Maintain safe and organized work areas in a manufacturing environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Cross-train on multiple production lines and manufacturing processes

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and understand measurements/tolerances
