Job description

Are you an experienced CNC Laser Operator looking for a new opportunity? This temp-to-hire, 1st and 2nd shift positions in Mansfield, TX is a great opportunity to put your CNC and manufacturing experience to work.
Join a manufacturing team producing quality metal parts using CNC CO2 laser equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced with Fanuc controls, blueprints, and measuring tools.

Job Duties:
  • Operate CNC CO2 laser machines to cut metal parts according to blueprints and specifications
  • Load/unload materials and safely operate equipment
  • Monitor, adjust, and reset the laser as needed
  • Measure parts for accuracy and troubleshoot basic machine issues
  • Read blueprints and work orders while maintaining safety and quality standards
Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday
  • 1st shift: 7AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Pay:
  • $15.00–$20.00/hr, based on experience
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of CNC laser operating experience, including CO2 lasers and Fanuc controls
  • Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and use measuring tools
  • Sit-down forklift experience is a PLUS
  • Manufacturing or sheet metal experience preferred
  • Able to stand, bend, and lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
