We are looking for multiple CNC Machinist to join our team in Cross Plains, WI. ASAP!

CNC Machinist Requirements:

  • 2 + Years of Manual/CNC Machinst Experience (Set-Up Or Programming) OR Machine Tool Graduate/Degree required
  • Experience with FANUC, or Mazatrol Controls / MasterCam or Programming preferred
  • Experience with 3- Axis Mills, or Lathes preferred
  • Experience with Machine Troubleshooting / Maintenance preferred
  • Experience with Mold/tool & die, Thermoforming, Plastics MFG, or Thin Gauge Materials (0.007'- .120') preferred

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

Candidate should have a working knowledge of CNC Machine Setup, Maintenance, Operation, quality control and the ability to diagnose minor mechanical issues with the machine. Candidate should possess shop math skills including calculating proper feed and speed for materials, metric conversions. Interpreting Blueprints and Geometric tolerances. Candidate must be capable of holding tolerances and meeting surface finish requirements. Basic computer skills with file transfer are beneficial.
