Now Hiring: CNC Machinists  

Multiple Locations & Shifts | Immediate Openings 

We have several immediate openings for CNC Milling Machinists across multiple locations. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates at select sites. 

Our US Locations: 

  • East Granby, CT 
  • East Hartford, CT 
  • Warren, MI 
  • Lansing, MI 
  • West Chester, OH 
  • Ogden, UT 

What You’ll Do 

  • Operate 3,4, and 5axis CNC milling and/or turning machines  
  • Run multiple machines simultaneously, as most equipment is part of manufacturing cells or machining centers  
  • Machine hard metals such as Inconel, titanium, and stainless steel  
  • Load parts and fixtures using hoists and safely position workpieces in machines  
  • Make programrequired offsets and adjustments using Fanuc controls  
  • Read and interpret CNC programs at the machine  
  • Set up tools using tool sheets and ensure proper configuration  
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • High school diploma or GED  
  • Experience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipment  
  • Ability to read English and interpret symbols on operation sheets  
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to work collaboratively  
  • Proficiency in mathematics and calculator use  
  • Experience making offsets at the machine  
  • Ability to read and understand CNC programs  
  • Experience setting up and using machining tools and fixtures  
  • Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including gauges, swing gauges, calipers, and micrometers  
  • Familiarity with rightangle head operations  
  • Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)  
  • Ability to work within tight tolerances (thousandths of an inch)  

 

Preferred Skills & Experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or highprecision manufacturing  
  • 3+ years of experience operating CNC multiaxis milling machines
