Job Title: CNC Machinist Duration: 6 months assignment with possible extension Shift Schedule: All submitted candidates should be available to work rotating shifts based on business need (1st & 2nd) Pay Rate: $31/hr. on W2 without benefits Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Document production data and maintain accurate records. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist 5+ years of experience in operating CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.) 5+ years of experience in G-code programming and CNC controls Strong computing skills, excellent communication skills and customer-oriented Ability to work a variable shift (1st or 2nd) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
